Covid -19 Portraits
When the lockdown started in March 2020, it was clear that we were entering a momentous event in history.
I felt compelled to do something to record this moment, however, like everyone else, I too was in lockdown.
I decided to create a series of portraits of people in my village taken from a social distance whilst on my daily walk. Before long, people were contacting me, asking to be part of the project and I would arrange a day and time to arrive outside their property, from which they would then emerge to be photographed.
